Impact the Life of a Child
NOCO UNIFY is proud to be able to provide funding to a number of child-focused nonprofit organizations throughout Northern Colorado. Since our inception in 2007, we have granted $3.5 million.
Applicants can select from our Impact Grant or our Sustainable Fund Grant options. You can view and complete the applications below and determine which is best for your goals. Applications are due by December 14th.
In 2018, we selected four charities to receive the bulk of the funds raised during our events throughout the year. This approach is designed to make a bigger impact on our designated charities and get members of those organizations more involved with our events. We still support many additional charities with smaller grants.
The charities selected for 2018 are:
I have a Dream Foundation – The ultimate goal of “I Have A Dream” is to provide youth with the long-term support and trusting relationships they need to close the achievement gap with their more affluent peers and complete high school prepared for higher education and a fulfilling career.
– This grant specifically sponsors one child through the program from elementary school to and through high school graduation and into college.
Life Stories Child and Family Advocacy – Life Stories provides advocacy and support for abused or neglected children through the Child Advocacy Center and the CASA Programs. This grant will provide resources towards training room and forensic interview equipment and furnishings in their new building.
Respite Care, Inc. – Respite Care, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in Larimer County that provides short term, quality care for children with developmental disabilities, giving respite to their families, and enhancing the quality of life for the entire family. This grant will help renovate their playground.
The Matthews House – The Matthews House is an organization that empowers young adults and families in transition to navigate difficulties on the road to self-sufficiency. This grant will help start a new program called Restaurant Ready that partners local restaurants with 14-21 year olds and help them transition to workforce.
We are currently accepting applications for beneficiaries for 2019 and invite child-focused, 501(c)3 organizations to apply.
