In 2015, I was invited to apply to NoCo United for Youth to contribute to our community and represent Woodward. It has been a life-changing experience for me. Partnering and raising funds for our remarkable youth charities in Northern Colorado has been incredibly rewarding. I've witnessed the dedication and care within our community firsthand. Raising funds alongside a group of passionate individuals and giving grants ranging from $3,000 to $100,000 has been a humbling and gratifying experience. Additionally, I've forged strong friendships with young leaders in our community and developed a lifelong passion for philanthropic work. Unify has spurred significant personal growth which has bled into my career, for which I am profoundly grateful.

It has been an honor to be a part of United for Youth since 2013. We have had a tremendous impact on the community through our events, financial donations and member development. I am proud to continue my efforts with the group and help usher in the next generation of leaders in our community that will be responsible for the future success of the group and will undoubtedly take the organization to new heights. Being a part of Unify has opened my eyes to how fortunate many of us are and how much need there is even in a desirable community like Northern Colorado. We will continue to advocate for at-risk youth and make this a better place for the generations to come.

When I first became involved with NoCo Unify in 2019, my intention was to commit to something greater than myself—something that would go beyond my day-to-day roles and responsibilities. I can honestly say that NoCo Unify has done just that. The work we do here is beyond rewarding. The impact we've made through our missions has filled my heart with joy and pride. There's something priceless about knowing that our efforts are directly benefiting the local youth and creating positive change in the community. Each day, I am reminded of how meaningful and fulfilling it is to be part of this collective effort. Beyond the joy of giving back, I’ve also had the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of young professionals who continuously challenge me. The environment of collaboration and growth has pushed me to grow personally and professionally in ways I hadn’t anticipated. The opportunity to learn from such driven and passionate individuals has been an invaluable part of my experience. I look forward to continuing this journey with NoCo Unify, knowing that our work is making a lasting impact and that I’m part of something bigger than myself.

I joined Northern Colorado United for Youth because, after attending their events for over 10 years, I knew I could do more to help. I had witnessed the incredible impact of this group in supporting underprivileged youth in Northern Colorado and felt compelled to get involved at a deeper level. Serving alongside a dedicated group of young professionals has been one of the most rewarding and fun experiences of my life. Together, we raise funds in extraordinary ways for organizations that provide critical resources and opportunities to children who need them most. Being part of something bigger than myself—helping to create lasting change for local youth—has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. I’m grateful for the chance to contribute to a cause that truly makes a difference in our community.

I first became acquainted with Northern Colorado Unified for Youth as a sponsor in 2016. It was clear to me that the organization put on great events; at that time the signature events were The Down and Derby and The Suitcase Party. As I dug into it deeper, I was able to see the tremendous financial impact the organization was making for northern Colorado youth-based non-profits. In 2020 I joined the organization as a Member. I thought that in joining the organization I would be able to make a big impact, but in truth, I have been the one that gained! The richness in relationships made will last a lifetime. I am beyond grateful for the impact that Northern Colorado for Youth has made on my life and in the communities we support!

Becoming a part of NOCO Unify isn’t an obligation it’s an incredible opportunity to make a difference for kids right here in our neighborhood. I’ve seen how teamwork and compassion can create life-changing impacts, and I feel called to be part of that transformation. NOCO Unify has allowed me to contribute in ways that inspire growth, strengthen community ties, and encourage leadership development. It’s been more than just an outlet for giving back it’s also given me the chance to connect with others who share this passion and to grow personally and professionally. Helping children in need is a reward in itself, but this experience has taught me how to bring people together around a common goal and make a meaningful impact. I’m a marketing executive who believes in the power of creativity, community, and connection. Whether I’m launching campaigns at Bank of Colorado, volunteering or raising money for kids, I’m forever passionate about making a positive impact where I live and work. Outside of the office, I’m a terrible golfer, a dedicated dog dad, Lego enthusiast, and a novice fly-fisher still perfecting the art of untangling my line. I’m always up for finding creative solutions, lending a hand, or finding the nearest karaoke bar.

Driven by a commitment to both professional growth and community impact, I joined NOCO Unify to empower young people. I understand the role that accessible resources play in children’s lives. By volunteering with NOCO Unify, I know kiddos with a similar background as myself growing up are receiving the resources needed to better their lives. I appreciate the brotherhood shared between the members of NOCO Unify and am always excited to help with our big fundraising events we do to raise funds for Northern Colorado children.

I have two young sons at home, and the idea of them going through the abuse, food insecurity, and home instability that some kids in our area experience is heartbreaking. Having this realization helped me understand how much it would mean to me to have a community that could help. I immediately felt inspired to step up and find a way to make a difference. When I was invited to apply for Northern Colorado United for Youth in 2022 I jumped at the chance, and it has been one of the defining experiences of my life so far. Witnessing and being a small part of the immense difference this organization has made for kids in our area has been such a gift. All kids deserve to have someone in their corner, and I'm thankful to be part of a group of dedicated men that are willing to step up to the plate.

I joined NOCO Unify in 2019 because I have a deep passion for empowering youth in our community. Since becoming a father of two boys, I have an even greater appreciation for the amazing work Unify does to improve the lives of youth who really need our help. While it's continually rewarding to participate in hosting the great events we put on to support our cause, the most meaningful experience for me has been participating on the Grants Committee. Collaborating with local organizations to ensure that our funding goes directly to initiatives which truly impact young people is extremely rewarding; throughout this process, I am continually amazed at how creative our non-profit partners are in their stewardship of our community resources. As a native of Northern Colorado, I've had the privilege of witnessing our community grow beyond imagination. Being in the construction industry for the last 16 years, I have been part of many projects and communities. I have dedicated most of my life to helping others whether it be by the structures we build, the relationships formed, or simply the time spent learning from one another.
